Patrol Officers are part of an elite team of Texas Tactical Security LLC. Each applicant must be able to complete all task and duties. Also meet the minimum requirements before being considered for employment.
Here are the minimum duties of a patrolmen with Texas Tactical Security LLC.
- Patrolling Assigned Areas: Officers patrol neighborhoods, commercial areas, or other jurisdictions to deter crime and maintain public safety.
- Responding to Calls: They respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for service, such as crimes in progress, accidents, and public disturbances.
- Investigating Complaints: Conduct preliminary investigations at crime scenes, gather evidence, interview witnesses, and complete incident reports.
- Community Assistance: Provide assistance to the public, such as helping lost individuals, providing directions, or aiding stranded motorists.
- Visible Presence: Deter criminal activity through a visible presence in the community.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with community members, participate in community policing initiatives, and conduct outreach programs.
- Crime Analysis: Identify crime trends and work with other law enforcement agencies to address specific issues.
- Report Writing: Prepare detailed reports on incidents, arrests, and investigations.
- Evidence Handling: Collect, secure, and document evidence in accordance with legal standards.
- Court Testimony: Testify in court about cases and incidents they were involved in.
- Disaster Response: Assist in disaster and emergency situations, including natural disasters, terrorist attacks, and major accidents.
- First Aid: Provide emergency medical assistance until professional medical personnel arrive.
Each prospective Officer must meet these basic requirements to be considered for a career with Texas Tactical Security LLC.
- Highschool Diploma or G.E.D.
- Be aged 18 or older.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Pass a background check.
- Have a clean criminal background. (NO FELONY CONVICTIONS)
- Have an Active Texas Security License. (Commissioned)
